Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 can kidney beans, drained
  • 1 can black beans, drained
  • 1 can diced tomatoes
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped


Instructions

  1. In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until softened.
  3. Stir in the chili powder, cumin, and paprika, cooking for another minute.
  4. Add the bell pepper, kidney beans, black beans, diced tomatoes, and beef broth.
  5. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 30 minutes.
  6. Season with salt and pepper to taste before serving.
