Description

A fun and festive cheese ball shaped like a witch’s hat, perfect for Halloween parties.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped black olives
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup crushed black tortilla chips
  • 1 small bell pepper (for the hat’s tip)


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, Parmesan cheese, green onions, black olives, garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper.
  2. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  3. Shape the mixture into a cone to resemble a witch’s hat.
  4. Roll the cheese ball in crushed black tortilla chips to coat the outside.
  5. Place the bell pepper on top of the cone to create the tip of the hat.
  6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
  7. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add jalapeños to the cheese mixture.
  • Can be made a day in advance and stored in the refrigerator.
  • Garnish with additional olives or green onions for decoration.
