Instructions
Lay one flour tortilla flat on a clean surface.
Spread a quarter of the softened cream cheese evenly over the tortilla.
Sprinkle with a quarter of the chopped fresh chives.
Arrange two slices of deli ham evenly over the cream cheese.
Sprinkle a quarter cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top.
Roll the tortilla tightly into a log shape.
Repeat the process with the remaining tortillas and fillings.
Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into 1-inch pinwheels.
Arrange the pinwheels in a circular pattern on a white round plate, showcasing the spiral layers.
