Ingredients
2 cups cooked shredded chicken
1/2 cup buffalo wing sauce
8 small flour tortillas
1 cup shredded iceberg lettuce
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt to taste
Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the shredded chicken and buffalo wing sauce. Mix well to coat all the chicken evenly.
In a small saucepan, melt the unsalted butter over medium heat. Add garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Stir to combine.
Add the buffalo chicken mixture to the saucepan and cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
Warm the flour tortillas in a dry skillet over medium heat for about 30 seconds on each side or until soft and pliable.
To assemble each taco, place about 1/4 cup of the buffalo chicken mixture in the center of a tortilla.
Top the chicken with shredded iceberg lettuce, shredded cheddar cheese, and a drizzle of ranch dressing.
Fold the tortillas and serve immediately.
