Ingredients
1 cup cooked diced chicken breast
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/4 cup bacon bits
1/2 cup creamy Alfredo sauce
1 sheet pizza dough
2 tablespoons chopped green onions
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
Roll out the pizza dough into a rectangle on a lightly floured surface.
In a bowl, combine cooked diced chicken, shredded mozzarella, shredded cheddar, bacon bits, creamy Alfredo sauce, and chopped green onions.
Spread the filling evenly over one half of the dough, leaving a border around the edges.
Fold the dough over the filling to form a pocket and press edges to seal tightly.
Place the sealed pocket on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the crust is golden brown and slightly crispy.
Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes before slicing diagonally.
Serve on a plain white plate, showcasing the creamy interior and melted cheese oozing from the slice.
