Description

Vampire Brownie Bites are deliciously spooky treats perfect for Halloween or any themed party. These bite-sized brownies are topped with a creamy frosting and decorated to resemble little vampires.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 2 cups granulated sugar
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • Red food coloring
  • Chocolate chips for decoration

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a brownie pan.
  2. In a large bowl, melt the butter and mix in the sugar until well combined.
  3. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition, then stir in the vanilla extract.
  4. In another bowl, whisk together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
  5. Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture, stirring until just combined.
  6. Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-30 minutes.
  7. While the brownies are baking, prepare the frosting by beating the cream cheese and powdered sugar together until smooth. Add red food coloring to achieve a blood-like effect.
  8. Once the brownies are cooled, spread the frosting on top and decorate with chocolate chips to create vampire faces.
  9. Cut into bite-sized pieces and serve for a spooky treat!

Notes

  • For a richer flavor, consider adding nuts to the brownie batter.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
  • Feel free to adjust the amount of red food coloring to achieve your desired look.
