Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked turkey, shredded
- 8 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup carrots, diced
- 1 cup celery, diced
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2 cups egg noodles
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1 teaspoon parsley
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large pot, heat the chicken broth over medium heat.
- Add the onions, carrots, and celery, and cook until softened, about 5-7 minutes.
- Stir in the garlic, thyme, and parsley, and cook for another minute.
- Add the shredded turkey and bring the mixture to a boil.
- Once boiling, add the egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until tender.
