Description

Turkey & Gouda Rolls are a delightful snack made with savory turkey and creamy Gouda cheese, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 8 slices of turkey breast
  • 4 slices of Gouda cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon of mayonnaise
  • Fresh spinach leaves
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Lay out the turkey slices on a clean surface.
  2. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard and mayonnaise on each slice.
  3. Place a slice of Gouda cheese on top of the turkey.
  4. Add a few fresh spinach leaves on top of the cheese.
  5. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  6. Roll the turkey slices tightly around the cheese and spinach.
  7. Secure with toothpicks if necessary and slice into bite-sized pieces.
