Description

A colorful and festive turkey-shaped fruit platter that is perfect for holiday gatherings and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 1 watermelon (for the body)
  • 1 cantaloupe (for the head)
  • 1 pineapple (for the tail)
  • 1 cup strawberries (for the feathers)
  • 1 cup blueberries (for the feathers)
  • 1 cup grapes (for the feathers)
  • 1 banana (for the beak)
  • 2 kiwi (for the eyes)
  • Wooden skewers (for assembly)


Instructions

  1. Cut the watermelon in half and scoop out the flesh to create a bowl for the body.
  2. Shape the cantaloupe into a head and place it on top of the watermelon body.
  3. Cut the pineapple into slices and arrange them at the back for the tail.
  4. Use the strawberries, blueberries, and grapes to create colorful feathers around the sides of the watermelon.
  5. Slice the banana to form a beak and place it on the cantaloupe head.
  6. Cut the kiwi in half and use them for the eyes.
  7. Assemble all parts using wooden skewers for stability.
  8. Chill the platter in the refrigerator before serving.
