Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked wild rice
- 1 cup cooked turkey, shredded
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the cooked wild rice, shredded turkey, dried cranberries, chopped celery, red onion, pecans, and parsley.
