A delicious and creamy turkey cheese ball that is perfect for parties and gatherings.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded turkey
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded turkey, and shredded cheddar cheese.
- Add the chopped green onions, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
- Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
- Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans if desired.
- Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.
