Description

A delicious and creamy turkey cheese ball that is perfect for parties and gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded turkey
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped pecans
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, shredded turkey, and shredded cheddar cheese.
  2. Add the chopped green onions, chopped pecans, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  3. Mix all the ingredients until well combined.
  4. Shape the mixture into a ball and wrap it in plastic wrap.
  5. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours to firm up.
  6. Before serving, roll the cheese ball in additional chopped pecans if desired.
  7. Serve with crackers or vegetable sticks.

Notes
