Baked Boursin Salmon

Description

Tender and flaky salmon topped with creamy Boursin cheese spread infused with garlic and herbs, garnished with lemon slices and fresh parsley.


Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
4 tablespoons Boursin cheese (garlic and herb flavor)
4 lemon slices
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped
1 tablespoon olive oil
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste


Instructions

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
Place the salmon fillets on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Drizzle olive oil over the salmon and season with salt and black pepper.
Spread 2 tablespoons of Boursin cheese evenly on top of each salmon fillet.
Top each fillet with 2 lemon slices.
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the salmon is tender and flakes easily with a fork, and the cheese is melted and slightly golden.
Remove from oven and garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
