A creamy and crunchy tuna salad with mayonnaise, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, finely chopped celery, and red onion, served fresh with a sprig of parsley.
Ingredients
2 cans canned tuna in water, drained
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup celery, finely chopped
1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the drained canned tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, and Dijon mustard.
Add the finely chopped celery and red onion to the bowl.
Season with salt and black pepper.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined, maintaining some chunks of tuna for texture.
Transfer the tuna salad to a shallow white bowl and garnish with a sprig of parsley on top.
Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to eat.
