Ingredients

  • 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup cooked rice
  • 1 cup cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the shrimp, cooked rice, cream of mushroom soup, cheddar cheese, milk, onion, bell pepper, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased casserole dish.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the casserole is bubbly and golden on top.
  6. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
