Description

A delicious fusion pizza topped with spicy Thai chili sauce, tender chicken, and creamy peanut sauce for a unique flavor experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 pre-made pizza crust
  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1/2 cup Thai chili sauce
  • 1/4 cup peanut sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon crushed peanuts (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 450°F (230°C).
  2. Spread the Thai chili sauce evenly over the pizza crust.
  3. Top with shredded chicken and drizzle with peanut sauce.
  4. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  6. Remove from the oven and garnish with green onions, cilantro, and crushed peanuts.
  7. Slice and serve hot.

Notes

  • For extra heat, add sliced jalapeños on top before baking.
  • Feel free to use leftover rotisserie chicken for convenience.
