Ingredients

  • 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
  3. Mix until well combined and smooth.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Top with mini marshmallows.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
  7. Let cool slightly before serving.
