Ingredients
- 4 cups mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 cup mini marshmallows
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, eggs, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and nutmeg.
- Mix until well combined and smooth.
- Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish.
- Top with mini marshmallows.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- For a richer flavor, use brown butter instead of regular butter.
- Can be made ahead of time and reheated before serving.
