Description

A delicious and sweet side dish made with creamy sweet potatoes and topped with fluffy marshmallows, perfect for holiday gatherings.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups sweet potatoes, mashed
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the mashed sweet potatoes, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  3. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Transfer the sweet potato mixture to a greased baking dish.
  5. Spread the mini marshmallows evenly over the top.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the marshmallows are golden brown.
