Delicious and visually appealing mini cheesecakes perfect for the holiday season.
Ingredients
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup crushed graham crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Red and green sprinkles for decoration
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Add sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- In a separate bowl, mix crushed graham crackers with melted butter.
- Press the graham cracker mixture into the bottom of mini cheesecake cups.
- Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crusts.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until set.
- Let cool, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Before serving, top with sour cream and heavy cream mixture and decorate with sprinkles.
Notes
- Make sure the cream cheese is at room temperature for easier mixing.
- These cheesecakes can be made a day in advance.
- Feel free to customize the toppings with your favorite holiday decorations.
