Description

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of bread cubes
  • 1 cup of chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup of chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup of chopped onion
  • 1/4 cup of melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon of dried sage
  • 1 teaspoon of dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon of salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 2 large eggs


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the bread cubes, celery, onion, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the chicken broth and melted butter.
  4. Pour the broth mixture over the bread mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Add the eggs and mix until the mixture holds together.
  6. Form the mixture into balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.

Notes
