Ingredients
- 1 baguette, sliced
- 1 lb flank steak
- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 1 cup fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the flank steak with salt and pepper, then grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare.
- Remove the steak from the heat and let it rest for 5 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
- In a bowl, mix together parsley, olive oil, red wine vinegar, garlic, red pepper flakes, salt, and pepper to make the chimichurri sauce.
- Toast the baguette slices until golden brown.
- Top each toasted baguette slice with a piece of sliced steak, a dollop of burrata, and a generous spoonful of chimichurri sauce.
