Ingredients
- 1 can of crescent roll dough
- 1 cup of fresh spinach, chopped
- 1/2 cup of cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup of sour cream
- 1/4 cup of grated Parmesan cheese

- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the chopped spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
- Place a spoonful of the spinach mixture at the wide end of each triangle.
- Roll the dough around the filling, starting from the wide end and rolling to the point.
- Place the rolled bites on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
