A delicious and refreshing Spicy Tuna Tartare that combines fresh tuna with a spicy sauce for a perfect appetizer.
Ingredients
- 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and lime juice.
- Gently mix until the tuna is well coated.
- Add the diced avocado and green onion, and fold gently to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
Notes
- Use only sushi-grade tuna for safety.
- Adjust the spiciness by adding more or less sriracha.
- Serve with tortilla chips or on cucumber slices for a refreshing bite.
