Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb sushi-grade tuna, diced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sriracha sauce
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1 green onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine the diced tuna, soy sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, and lime juice.
  2. Gently mix until the tuna is well coated.
  3. Add the diced avocado and green onion, and fold gently to combine.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Serve immediately, garnished with sesame seeds.
