Description

Delicious and spicy sausage balls made with cream cheese and Rotel, perfect for parties or as a snack.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb sausage
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 can Rotel tomatoes (drained)
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup biscuit mix


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the sausage, cream cheese, and drained Rotel until well combined.
  3. Add the shredded cheddar cheese and biscuit mix, and mix until fully incorporated.
  4. Form the mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  6. Let cool slightly before serving.

Notes

  • For extra spice, use hot sausage or add jalapeños.
