Ingredients
- 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet, cook the spicy Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
