Ingredients

  • 1 pound spicy Italian sausage
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes with green chilies
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the spicy Italian sausage over medium heat until browned and cooked through.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, mozzarella cheese, cheddar cheese, sour cream, diced tomatoes, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  4. Add the cooked sausage to the cheese mixture and stir until well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the dip is bubbly and golden on top.
