Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 4 cups beef broth
- 2 cups diced tomatoes

- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 cup pasta (optional)
Instructions
- In a large pot, brown the ground beef over medium heat.
- Add the chopped onion and minced garlic, cooking until the onion is translucent.
- Stir in the beef broth, diced tomatoes, carrots, celery, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
- If using, add pasta and cook until tender, about 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
