Ingredients
- 8 oz smoked salmon
- 1 cup cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 1 package of crackers or bread rounds
- Capers for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the cream cheese, dill, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Spread a layer of the cream cheese mixture on each cracker or bread round.
- Top with a slice of smoked salmon.
- Add a slice of cucumber on top of the salmon.
- Garnish with capers.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
