Ingredients
- 1 pound gnocchi
- 2 cups California grapes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- On a large sheet pan, toss the gnocchi and grapes with olive oil, salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Spread the mixture in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- Roast in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the gnocchi are golden and the grapes are caramelized.
- Remove from the oven and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
