Ingredients

  • 1 head of lettuce, chopped
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1 cup cucumber, diced
  • 1 cup bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup sweet corn, drained
  • 1 cup cooked bacon, crumbled
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vinegar


Instructions

  1. In a large glass bowl, layer the chopped lettuce at the bottom.
  2. Add the halved cherry tomatoes on top of the lettuce.
  3. Next, layer the diced cucumber over the tomatoes.
  4. Follow with the diced bell pepper.
  5. Add the drained sweet corn as the fifth layer.
  6. Sprinkle the crumbled bacon over the corn.
  7. Top with shredded cheese.
  8. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar to create the dressing.
  9. Spread the dressing evenly over the cheese layer.
  10. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.

Notes
