  • Yield: 1

Description

Grilled salmon fillet seasoned with lemon pepper and brushed with a garlic butter sauce, delivering a crisp exterior and moist, flaky interior.

Ingredients

Salmon fillet (6 oz)
Lemon pepper seasoning
Salt
Black pepper
Butter (2 tbsp)
Garlic (2 cloves, minced)
Fresh lemon juice (1 tbsp)
Fresh parsley (chopped, 1 tsp)

Instructions

Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
Season the salmon fillet evenly with salt, black pepper, and lemon pepper seasoning.
Place the salmon on the grill, skin side down if applicable.
Grill for about 7-8 minutes until crisp grill marks appear and the salmon releases easily from the grill.
Flip the salmon and grill for another 6-7 minutes until cooked through with a moist, flaky interior.
While the salmon cooks, melt the butter in a small pan over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic to the butter and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant but not browned.
Remove from heat and stir in fresh lemon juice and chopped parsley.
Brush the garlic butter sauce over the grilled salmon fillet.
Plate the salmon centered on a plate, garnish with a lemon wedge and sprinkle with additional parsley.
