Grilled salmon fillet with a lemon pepper butter sauce, featuring a crispy exterior and moist, flaky interior. Presented with a lemon wedge and parsley garnish in a rustic American steakhouse style.

Ingredients

2 salmon fillets
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
3 tablespoons butter
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 clove garlic, minced

Brush salmon fillets with olive oil and sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning evenly on both sides.
Place salmon fillets on the grill, skin side down if applicable.
Grill for 5-6 minutes per side until the exterior is crispy and salmon is cooked through and flaky.
While salmon grills, melt butter in a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
Stir in lemon juice and chopped parsley, then remove from heat.
Once salmon is cooked, spoon lemon pepper butter sauce over the fillets.
