Description

Tender chicken breasts cooked in a rich and creamy garlic parmesan sauce that’s perfect for an easy weeknight dinner.


Ingredients

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)


Instructions

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Cook chicken breasts until golden and cooked through, about 6-7 minutes per side. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine.
Add Parmesan cheese and Italian seasoning, stirring until the sauce thickens.
Return chicken to the skillet and coat with the sauce.
Simmer for 2-3 minutes until heated through.
Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
