Description

A delicious and hearty breakfast bake featuring sausage, spinach, and crispy hash browns, perfect for starting your day.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 2 cups fresh spinach
  • 4 cups frozen hash browns
  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, cook the sausage over medium heat until browned.
  3. Add the spinach to the skillet and cook until wilted.
  4. In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
  5. Stir in the cooked sausage and spinach mixture.
  6. In a greased baking dish, layer the hash browns evenly.
  7. Pour the egg mixture over the hash browns.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set and the top is golden brown.
