Ingredients
- 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
- 4 cups mixed greens
- 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted
- 1/4 cup crumbled blue cheese
- 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place the pear halves on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
- In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, walnuts, and blue cheese.
- Once the pears are roasted, slice them and add to the salad.
- Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and season with salt and pepper.
