Ingredients

  • 2 ripe pears, halved and cored
  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, toasted

  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinaigrette
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Place the pear halves on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until tender.
