Ingredients
- 2 medium acorn squashes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Cut the acorn squashes in half and scoop out the seeds.
- Brush the insides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Place the squashes cut-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until tender.
- Flip the squashes cut-side up and drizzle with maple syrup.
