Ingredients

  • 2 cups strawberries, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 1 cup vanilla pudding
  • 1 cup pound cake, cubed
  • Mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a clear cup or glass, layer the bottom with cubed pound cake.
  2. Add a layer of vanilla pudding on top of the pound cake.
  3. Next, add a layer of sliced strawberries.
  4. Follow with a layer of whipped cream.
  5. Repeat the layers until the cups are filled, finishing with whipped cream on top.
  6. Garnish with blueberries and mint leaves.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
