A delicious and flavorful meatloaf enhanced with ranch seasoning for a unique twist.
Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, milk, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Mix until well combined.
- If using, fold in shredded cheese.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
- Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
- Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
- Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
