Description

A delicious and flavorful meatloaf enhanced with ranch seasoning for a unique twist.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground beef, breadcrumbs, ranch dressing, milk, egg, onion, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix until well combined.
  4. If using, fold in shredded cheese.
  5. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 1 hour or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (70°C).
  7. Let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing and serving.

Notes

  • For a spicier version, add diced jalapeños.
  • Serve with mashed potatoes or a side salad.
  • Leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
