  • Salt and pepper to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Rub the mixture all over the rack of lamb.
  4. Place the rack of lamb in a roasting pan, bone side down.
