Ingredients
- 1 pound ground turkey
- 2 cups bread crumbs
- 1 cup cranberries, dried
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 1/2 cup celery, chopped
- 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sage
- 1 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, dried cranberries, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Add the beaten eggs and chicken broth to the mixture and mix well.
- Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
- Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
