Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 2 cups bread crumbs
  • 1 cup cranberries, dried
  • 1/2 cup onion, chopped
  • 1/2 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sage
  • 1 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine ground turkey, bread crumbs, dried cranberries, onion, celery, parsley, sage, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Add the beaten eggs and chicken broth to the mixture and mix well.
  4. Form the mixture into balls, about 1 inch in diameter.
  5. Place the stuffing balls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and cooked through.
