Instructions

  1. In a large pitcher, combine the apple cider, orange juice, pumpkin puree, and pumpkin pie spice.
  2. Stir well until the pumpkin puree is fully incorporated.
  3. Chill the mixture in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour.
  4. Just before serving, add the ginger ale to the mixture and stir gently.
