Ingredients
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 cups sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
Instructions
- In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
- Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
- Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
- Add white chocolate chips and mix until melted and smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan and spread evenly.
- Let it cool at room temperature for a few hours until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
