Description

Pumpkin Fudge is a delicious and creamy treat that combines the flavors of pumpkin and spices, perfect for fall.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips


Instructions

  1. In a saucepan, combine pumpkin puree, sugar, butter, and heavy cream over medium heat.
  2. Stir continuously until the mixture comes to a boil.
  3. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently.
  4. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, and salt.
  5. Add white chocolate chips and mix until melted and smooth.
  6. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×9 inch pan and spread evenly.
  7. Let it cool at room temperature for a few hours until set.
  8. Cut into squares and serve.

Notes

  • Store in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
  • For a richer flavor, use dark chocolate chips instead of white chocolate.
  • Can be topped with chopped nuts for added texture.
