Ingredients
- 1 sheet of puff pastry
- 2 apples
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
- 1/4 cup of sugar
- 1/4 cup of apricot jam
- Flour for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out the puff pastry on a floured surface and cut it into strips.
- Slice the apples thinly and toss them with lemon juice, cinnamon, and sugar.
- Arrange the apple slices along the edge of the puff pastry strips, overlapping them slightly.
- Fold the bottom of the pastry strip up to cover the bottom of the apple slices.
- Roll the pastry strip into a rose shape and place it in a muffin tin.
- Brush the tops with apricot jam.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
