Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken pieces in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
- In a separate bowl, mix flour, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan over medium heat.
- Coat each piece of marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
- Fry the chicken pieces in batches until golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.

- For extra crunch, double coat the chicken by dipping it back in buttermilk and then in the flour mixture again.
