Description

Pinwheel sandwiches are a fun and creative way to enjoy a variety of flavors wrapped in a tortilla or flatbread, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup deli meats (ham, turkey, or chicken)
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 1 cup fresh spinach or lettuce
  • 1/2 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1/4 cup olives, sliced


Instructions

  1. Spread a layer of cream cheese evenly over each tortilla.
  2. Layer the deli meats, shredded cheese, spinach, bell peppers, and olives on top of the cream cheese.
  3. Starting from one end, tightly roll the tortilla into a log shape.
  4. Wrap the rolled tortillas in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  5. Once chilled, slice the rolled tortillas into bite-sized pinwheels.
  6. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator until ready to serve.
