Ingredients
- 1 pie crust
- 1 cup corn syrup
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups pecans
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix corn syrup, brown sugar, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
- Stir in the pecans.
- Pour the mixture into the pie crust.
- Bake for 60-70 minutes or until the filling is set.
- Let the pie cool completely.
