Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs
  • 1/2 cup sun-dried tomatoes, chopped
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh basil for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, sun-dried tomatoes, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
  3. Coat the chicken thighs in the mixture and let them marinate for at least 30 minutes.
