Ingredients
- 4 large oranges
- 1/2 cup hazelnuts
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
- In a small bowl, mix honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
- Peel the oranges and slice them into rounds.
- In a serving bowl, arrange the orange slices and drizzle the honey mixture over them.
- Chop the toasted hazelnuts and sprinkle them on top of the salad.
- Garnish with fresh mint leaves before serving.
