Ingredients

  • 4 large oranges
  • 1/2 cup hazelnuts
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish


Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Spread the hazelnuts on a baking sheet and toast in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a small bowl, mix honey, olive oil, lemon juice, and salt.
  4. Peel the oranges and slice them into rounds.
  5. In a serving bowl, arrange the orange slices and drizzle the honey mixture over them.
  6. Chop the toasted hazelnuts and sprinkle them on top of the salad.
