Ingredients
- 1 cup unsalted butter, softened

- 1/2 cup dried cranberries, chopped
- 1 tablespoon orange zest
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
- 2 tablespoons orange juice (for glaze)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
- Add the vanilla extract, orange zest, and salt, mixing until well combined.
- Gradually add the flour, mixing until just combined.
- Fold in the chopped cranberries.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass.
- Bake for 12-15 minutes or until the edges are lightly golden.
- While the cookies are baking, prepare the glaze by mixing powdered sugar and orange juice until smooth.
- Once the cookies are cool, drizzle the glaze over the top.
