Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
- 1 cup broccoli florets
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 2 cups cooked rice
- Sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
- Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
- Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
- Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
Notes
- For a spicier version, add red pepper flakes to the marinade.
