  • 1 lb chicken breast, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sesame oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, grated
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 2 cups cooked rice
  • Sesame seeds for garnish


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix together sesame oil, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the marinade and let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Heat a pan over medium heat and add the marinated chicken, cooking until browned and cooked through.
  4. Add broccoli and bell peppers to the pan and stir-fry for an additional 5-7 minutes.
  5. Serve the chicken and vegetables over cooked rice and garnish with sesame seeds.
