A delicious and easy-to-make no-bake cranberry cheesecake that is perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 ½ cups cranberry sauce


Instructions

  1. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter, then press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth, then add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
  3. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then gently fold it into the cream cheese mixture.
  4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust, then layer with half of the cranberry sauce.
  5. Repeat the layers with the remaining cream cheese mixture and cranberry sauce.
  6. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
  7. Serve chilled and enjoy!

Notes

  • For a sweeter cheesecake, adjust the amount of powdered sugar to taste.
  • Feel free to use homemade cranberry sauce for a fresher flavor.
