Instructions
- Cut mozzarella cheese sticks in half if desired.
- Set up a breading station with three bowls: one for flour, one for beaten eggs, and one for breadcrumbs mixed with garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dip each cheese stick first in flour, then in the egg, and finally in the breadcrumb mixture, ensuring they are fully coated.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).
- Fry the mozzarella sticks in batches until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes.
- Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with marinara sauce for dipping.
